We encourage you to sign up for your favorite classes as soon as possible as many classes fill up quickly.
Groupon redemption and class registration?
Thank you for purchasing a Groupon to try out our studio!
Groupons must be redeemed in person at the studio prior to registering for a class.
If you plan to redeem your Groupon before the first class, we suggest that you call ahead to make sure
there are bikes available and be sure to come in 20 minutes early.
Only one groupon per person per calendar year.
How far in advance do I have to cancel a class to avoid penalty?
You may cancel your reservation any time up until one hour prior to class start time without penalty. If you cancel your reservation within one hour of class starting, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be subject to a $15 late cancellation fee.
What happens if I fail to show up for a class I've reserved?
If you fail to show up for a class you're signed up for, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
Reserving Bikes
Bikes are reserved in advance at the time of booking a class. Bike reservations are held until the scheduled start time of class. If you are not seated on your bike at the time class is scheduled to start, then you are late. If you are late to class, you are liable to forfeit your bike reservation and your bike may be given to someone on standby or to another member who wishes to use your bike that arrived on time.
Waitlist Rules
The waitlist is technically considered a reservation for class. If you are still on the waitlist and decide not to attend the class, please cancel yourself off from the waitlist up to one hour prior to class start. All no-shows will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
Don't be discouraged if you are on the waitlist! Even if the class you want to get into is full, we recommend signing up for the waitlist. There is a lot of movement on the waitlist and as soon as you are added to a class you will be notified via email up to an hour before class starts.
Double Booking
Members may only reserve one class on Saturday and Sunday morning. If the desired class you want is full, put yourself on the waitlist or pick another class. You cannot do both. Anyone double booked will be dropped from one class automatically at the studios discretion. The waitlist is considered a reservation.
Arriving to Class
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class and be seated on your bike by the time class starts. Anyone not on their bike at the start of class is liable to forfeit their reservation.
Any available bikes at the time that class starts may be given to members on standby. Once class has started, if a member arrives late and their spot is still available after class has started, they will be permitted to enter the cycling studio up until 5 minutes after the start of the class.
Personal Belongings
Please do not place personal belongings alongside your bike during class or on the instructor’s stage. Please use the cubbies.
During Class
Please keep conversations to a minimum. Cell phone usage is prohibited. No texting during class. Please leave your phone with your belongings in the cubbies. If you need to leave class early, please inform the instructor at the beginning of class and use a bike close to the exit to minimize disturbing other members. Please do not wear heavy perfumes or colognes. Please use the restroom before class begins.
Bikes
Please do not move the position of bikes from their place on the floor. Do not move bike parts between bikes, i.e. moving bike seats or handlebars from one bike to another. Do not put feet on bike frame or handlebars when stretching. Please wipe down your bike at the end of class.
Bike Safety
If you have any issues with a bike please let your instructor know the bike number and problem immediately.
Bike Shoes
Our bikes accommodate both sneakers and cycling shoes with SPD clips. We do not rent cycling shoes.
Studio Fans
Lights and fans are controlled by the instructor only. If you prefer the fans, please sit near the sides of the room. If you wish to avoid the fan, please sit near the center of the room.
